My Policies

Your satisfaction is very important to me!

24 Hour Late Cancellation Policy

Canceling or rescheduling less than 24 hours before the appointment will result in you being charged a cancelation fee of 50% of the full session price.

This means 24 hours is the minimum you can cancel or reschedule.

Tardiness Policy

I give my clients their full session of hands on time. However if you show up late, your appointment will still end at the scheduled time and you will pay for the full session.

No Show Policy

At 15 minutes past your appointment start time you are considered a "No show" and you will be charged for your session. 

Illness and Emergencies

If you are sick you cannot be massaged. Massage can actually spread it around and make you more sick. It can also get ME sick and I cannot work if I am sick.

If you wake up feeling sick let me know ASAP and I will reschedule you with no charge. However, if you wait until right before your appointment time or show up sick you will be charged 100% of the session and rescheduled.

If you have a medical emergency let me know ASAP and you will not be charged.​

Hygiene / Odor

You must show up clean to your session, free of strong body odor, perfumes, oils, excessive sweat, and dirt. 

Noncompliance 

Anyone that consistently disregards any or all of these policies may be required to pay a deposit or the full session price in order to schedule future services or they may be denied service altogether. 

I reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason. Including inappropriate or aggressive behavior and comments.
