Late Cancellation Policy

Canceling or rescheduling less than 24 hours before an appointment will result in you losing your deposit.

This means 24 hours is the minimum you can cancel or reschedule for any reason.

Tardiness Policy

I give my clients their full session of hands on time. However if you show up late your appointment will still end at the scheduled time and you will pay for the full session.

No Show Policy

At 15 minutes past your appointment start time you are considered a "No show" and you will be charged for your session. Please respect my time and I will respect yours.

Booking/Payment

A deposit of 50% of the service is required to book an appointment. This is a non refundable deposit that holds your time slot. This can be transferred when rescheduling as long as you are not in the 24 hour window.

Illness and Emergencies

If you are sick you cannot be massaged. Massage can actually spread it around and make you more sick. It can also get ME sick and I cannot work if I am sick.

If you wake up feeling sick let me know ASAP and I will reschedule you with no charge. However, if you wait until right before your appointment time or show up sick you will be charged 100% of the session and rescheduled.

If you have a medical emergency let me know ASAP and you will not be charged.

Hygiene / Odor

You must show up clean to your session, free of strong body odor, perfumes, oils, excessive sweat, and dirt.

I reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason. Including inappropriate or aggressive behavior and comments.
