I can do Scar tissue work for cesarean scars and show you how to do it at home. (About 6 weeks postpartum, once your scar is healed.)

It takes about 2 years for your body to heal after pregnancy. Your body went through arguably the biggest change you will ever go through, give yourself grace and understand that healing takes time.
Many professionals specialize in prenatal and postpartum and can help you recover. Physical Therapy, Pelvic Floor Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Postpartum Doulas and so many more. Massage is wonderful but not the only tool to help you heal. Also, it's never too late to heal!
